Section 01
Introduction
Definition of the contractual scope and the main concepts used throughout the document.
These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern the use by Customers and Users of the FlipDesk virtual platform ("FlipDesk Platform"). The Services regulated by this instrument are provided by FLIPDESK INOVA SIMPLES, a private legal entity, registered under CNPJ No. 57.646.349/0001-12.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following are considered
- FlipDesk Platform: software available at chat.flipdesk.com.br aimed at enabling the Customer to manage digital customer service.
- Account: the Customer's virtual profile through which one or more Users can use the Software.
- Customer: the company that contracts the use of the Software with FlipDesk.
- Services: the provision by FlipDesk to the Customer of the FlipDesk Platform, under the SaaS ("Software as a Service") model, and technical assistance.
- User: any person authorized by the Customer to operate the Software on their behalf.

Acceptance of terms
Condition of acceptance and binding effect of hiring and use of the platform.
By contracting the Services, the Customer agrees to these Terms. Use of the Software implies full and complete acceptance of all rules and conditions established in this instrument.
Section 03
Services and license
Nature of the license granted by FlipDesk and the customer's operational responsibilities.
FlipDesk grants the Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the FlipDesk Platform, subject to payment of the agreed amounts.
The Customer is responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of their access credentials
- Ensuring an adequate internet connection
- Using the platform in accordance with applicable laws
- Keeping their registration data up to date
Section 04
Payment and billing
Recurring billing rules, renewal, and consequences of default.
Payment for Services will be made in advance, according to the plan chosen by the Customer.
- Amounts are charged monthly, on a recurring basis
- Non-payment may result in suspension of services
- Prices may be changed with prior notice
- There is no refund for partially used periods
- Plan renewals are automatic. To avoid being charged, the customer must request cancellation at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Section 05
Proper use of the platform
Prohibited conduct to preserve the security, integrity, and legality of software use.
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Use the platform for illicit purposes
- Share access credentials
- Reverse-engineer the software
- Send spam or abusive content
- Violate intellectual property rights
Section 06
Cancellation and suspension
Rules for terminating a subscription, maintaining access, and suspension for non-compliance.
The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time, but:
- There is no refund for unused periods
- Access will be maintained until the end of the paid period
- FlipDesk may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms

Technical support
Support availability through the company's official channels.
Technical support is available during business hours through our official customer service channels.

Final provisions
Supplementary clauses regarding updates to the terms and jurisdiction.
FlipDesk reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, upon prior notification to users.
The courts of the District of Maringá/PR are elected to resolve any issues arising from these Terms.
